Project In Many Ways:
For ASEC it was “A Flying Start”
For ASEC it was a definition of outstanding diversity of
service including P.R targeted to obtain not only Technical
Approvals but The support of political figures and the love of
population.
In this way ASEC was a significant part of a very successful
Kuwaiti investment in Germany with wide publicity.
For ASEC “Post Hotel” was a project to explore in reality our
deep respect for Heritage, Environment and well being.
For ASEC “Post Hotel” was a challenge to “Mix” in intelligent
and creative way baroque building (Monument Of Culture)
with new extension.
We in ASEC did not imitate – We created the new life of the
old Post Hotel.
Project Description:
The New Post Hotel is located in Bavaria - Germany. The Hotel is a specialized spa in health and beauty having faciliities for post-surgical physical rehabilition. The project is divided into two different parts: first, the redesign and renovation of the old historic post hotel and second, is the development and construction of the new buildings which are artisticty linkd with the historic one. The area is approximately 12, 000 m2 which shall include more than 100 keys of 5-star hotel facilities, 4 restaurents, business center, multipurpose halls, concert hall, in addition to the clinical and beauty centers - ASEC Role: Principle Architectural Design, Owner representative and Project Administration.
