The Heritage Village Project is located on the Arabian Gulf Road in Sharq Area-Kuwait with a total area of 82, 000 m2. This unique project is bringing to life the heritage sprit of Kuwait to present. The early typical architecture of Kuwait villages are beautifully repeated in this location but yet, the up to date luxury and developed technologies are taken into consideration in the special interior design. The project includes a five star hotel with luxury ballrooms, 3 restaurants and the spa health club. The project also includes museums & commercial areas. Heritage Village Project is considered as one of the most important BOT projects in Kuwait for many reasons such as reviving the early spirit of kuwait life and boosting the tourism activity in the region.
